STOP HOME SNATCHING BY THE CHUBB INSURANCE - LAWSUIT INDUSTRY

Willowdean Vance , a long time consumer activist. and homeowner advocate says :

"There is a national cover up of thousands of fraudulent foreclosures since 1973 when the CAI lawsuit lobby group was formed.

CHUBB financed lawsuits has forced thousands of homeowners into bankruptcy for bogus lawyers fees. They can force any of the 40 million Americans living in homeowner associations into bankruptcy.

Orange County Courthouse has several judges who run kangaroo courts and help CHUBB-CAI lawyers screw homeowners.

These judges are:

• ex- law partners of CAI lawyers or
• anti-homeowner board members working with CAI lawyers and vendors or
• are paid by CHUBB-CAI lawyers for socials, seminars or re-elections

We are also protesting the pending CAI legislation in Washington giving them "first in line" position to seize homes for their fees in bankruptcy cases.

CHUBB-CAI lawyers and their lawsuits are stripping Americans of constitutional rights, property rights and homes.

The documented list of premature deaths and increased bankruptcy is the worst since the great depression when Franklin D. Roosevelt asked mortgage companies to stop foreclosing.

We have no FDR to save us from CHUBB-CAI lawyers, corrupt board members or to stop CHUBB from financing fraudulent foreclosures that enrich themselves and their lawyers through stolen real estate and leave our families without a roof over their heads or credit to buy another home".
