Elegantly oppress
The weak, the poor, the shallow pockets.
For those deep pockets
Deep in sin
At any cost must win
They blindfold Justice
So it not injustice see
Their briefs, their laws
Their intellectual claws
Make blue skies smog
And the truth a fog
As on barren bough, the last bird sings
The lawyers have their final fling
Life they have killed
The graves they have filled
They smile

This poem was written by a homeowner after he had been subjected to three days of abusive deposition by CHUBB - CAI lawyers in Orange County, California after the association attempted to foreclose on his home for a false $5 late charge.

How lawyers create devastating lawsuits in homeowner associations
Homeowner association vendors together with their trade associations, control virtually all homeowner associations.
They bribed politicians to write laws:
with intentional loopholes to take away all property and constitutional rights of homeowners.
giving boards total immunity
allowing boards to break laws without penalties
giving lawyers unlimited fees to sue homeowners for any rules violations they scheme up
allowing lawyers power to take the life savings and homes of homeowners
forcing homeowners to buy millions in insurance to finance litigation against themselves
