  • MHOs - Managed Housing Organizations
When you purchase a home with a "homeowners association" you are purchasing a stock in a corporation.

Your home (share) in the association is controlled by vendors who have a monopoly in the homeowner association marketplace.

The American public and their doctors lost control of the health care as a service they purchased, and as profession they practiced , with the advent of HMO's - Health Maintenance Organizations.

Likewise the American public and the homeowner have lose total control of the homes they purchase in MHOs. They also subject themselves to unlimited liabilities and taxes by these organized groups of vendors.

  • AHVA Gangs - (pronounced: ah-vah) Anti-Homeowner Vendor Alliance Gangs

The alliance of corrupt politicians, lawyers, insurance companies, banks, builders, managers, lobbyists and their puppet boards.

These organized crime groups buy" laws" to make private homes and property around the United States and overseas into corporate shares they can control and live off,
taxing, fining, and suing homeowners and snatching their homes and savings.

Family farms in America were swallowed up by banks and mega- corporations.

Now big corporations are taking over homes, but in a different way. When a big corporation takes over a farm, it can grow its own crops.

When a big corporation takes over a home, it has to have somebody occupy it, as it only makes money when an occupant pays a mortgage or rent.

The icing on the cake is when association homeowners are forced to pay higher taxes to these corporations in the form of assessment dues and fines.

  • Granny units

Rooms or suites in homes. They are self contained , with sink, stove and bath and are generally used for grandmas , grandpas and young family members or caregivers.

Vendors (builders, developers, realtors etc.) buy laws in cities and counties to prevent homeowners from having these rooms in their homes so they can force homeowners to buy or rent from them.

They then use public servants as "code enforcement" to "enforce laws", squash competition and keep them wealthy.

Government, intended to protect the public and families is being misused by these vendors and public servants for their mutual enrichment.

  • Homeowner Associations

De-Facto, quasi , unregulated 'private governments' that enable corporations to exercise power under the guise of being a government.

California AHVA gangs use their economic muscle to change the peoples' representatives into their paid lackeys. These lackeys then crank out laws which imprison the people with corporate chains.

When the people try to get rid of the chains, the corporations let loose their Doberman Pincers (aka lawyers) on the people. When the people seek to defend themselves from the Dobermans, they are hauled into the ring where ex-Dobermans (aka judges) give them a final mauling.

To say that the country has gone to the dogs is more true than people realize.

The American government and the judiciary do not protect the public from the fraud, corruption and oppression by AHVA gangs.

Many politicians and judges who take control of the government offices are either members of the AHVA gang or on the take.

California law school businesses are not able to churn out enough lawyers to cash in on this massive theft .

An international coalition has formed to stamp out AHVA gangs from snatching homes and savings of the public. They expose the corruption, seek restitution for victims, and help remove corrupt politicians from public offices.

  • Rent-A-Judge

Bogus religions are a self enrichment business ploy.

A similar business called Rent-A-Judge has cropped up all over California and America.

Laws are bought by corporations to channel grievances to these 'private judges'. Rent-A-Judges generally rule for the corporations that hire them.

At $500 per hour, fat public pensions of $100,000 or more a year they voted in for themselves while on the public payroll, and no accountability ... life couldn't be better for these rent-a-judges.

Judges- former public servants in American courtrooms, are jumping on the bandwagon.
