Hoiles of Freedom Newspapers said, I sure loved his spirit and his courage and I am very disturbed at the vicious attack of your reader Carrie Hunter. The Forty million Americans were sold into slavery under quasi-goverments back in the seventies for two reasons and every big publisher nationwide closed it's eyes. Poiticians wanted more communty developements to enrich the bank with property tax. They knew increased population adds up to increased tax dollars but services subtract profit. Enter the contract agreement developers with organized non-profit corporations operated with paid managers, and volunteer directors to collect double taxation neatly labeled, "Homeowner Association Dues, "to cover services formerly paid by tax dollars. They will be sold this double standard lie under the pretense all money collected is held for maintenance and repairs etc. Enter the professional lawyers with a national lobby group, CAI tapping the pockets of very HOA across the country by having managers agree to pay their costly dues through a line-item billing, so they can send lawyers to each legislation and congress for new bills that allow them to file nonjudicial foreclosures, on any item from a ten dollar late charge up. One Santa Ana, California lawyer boasted to the press that he filed 250 nonjudicial foreclosures per month. Maybe Hunter should hunt him up. Do you have any idea how many American families bought a dream and ended up a homeless nightmare...on the street with a new sheriff's lock on their front door? Hunter should have been at my house the day a single mother drove up in my drive with three hungry kids and a pet My daughter and I kept her and the three hungry kids that week till her mother-in-law wired money to rent a place...I am a low income military widow and my pension doesn't go far, but I won't see a mother and children live in the streets in my backyard. Congress created this prison scam when they approved the use of FHA and VA funding without any safeguards and the judicial system ruled against the homeowners with the false argument, all rights under the Bill of Rights are waived under the CC&R contract. The constitutional cannot be waived and any contract created to rob citizens of rights should be void but lawyers found a gold mine and spend millions through the CAI and CLAC to lobby legislators. All citizens who bought into these gulags are now on alert for a national class action suit larger than the tobacco Thefts are so common half of the money shortage is traced to managers or management firms trusted to bank funds! I rarely have reason to contact your paper since I moved out of Texas but I am happy Hunter is off the wall because Yours for the press and constitutional property rights, Willowdean W.
