Welcome!

Our mission is to create a community and provide a forum for the exchange of information to better preserve, strengthen, and enrich the American home.

We are the public interest website for property owners who live in homeowner associations. The primary driving force behind us is AHRC (the American Homeowners Resource Center), the grassroots support group for homeowners, whose goals are:

To help preserve the constitutional and legal rights of homeowners
To provide information to homeowners on those rights

To help homeowners to protect and preserve those rights

To publicize violations of those rights

To remedy abuses of those rights by education, mediation, legislation, litigation and elections

the FACTS: Over 40 million Americans now live in homeowner associations (HOAs), with estimated reserves of over $30 billion dollars!

the CONSEQUENCES: Where there is money, there are litigation lawyers, and across the nation, they are working feverishly to control it, and to use as much of it as possible for their legal fees.
