Fraudulent lien foreclosure suit.
Association board amd manager (Diane Fullerton - CAI, founding director CACM, Pat Gummeson, Marquis Management) posted false late charges, hid association finances to conceal records from owners and to keep them off he board.
CHUBB insurance (paid for by owners) paid large sums of money to defend the illegal activities of the board and manager. The insurance lawyers dragged out the case for as long as they could milking the policy and then settled with owner just before trail.
Shortly after the exposures of illegal activities of the managers, they hired CAI lawyer Peters & Freeman to take over the collections and help keep the board keep control fo the assocaition.
David Peters misrepresented to the owners that CCRs needed to be changed for staggered election terms and without telling the owners he deleted the owners right to culmulative voting .
